Very nice service and delicious food!

Nice service, delicious sushi, good price-performance ratio - we'd love to come back!

The service is very poor. Distracted staff. There were 6 of us and the orders taken per person were brought in unique dishes per group by type of sushi, so we had to transfer the pieces from one dish to another. Imagine a table with three thousand dishes ... we could not move and eat peacefully. Then in this period Covid especially not very attentive to hygiene rules. I didn't like the sushi, too much sesame covers the rolls.

A sushi lalce with a terrace which is good during these corana time. Good card, nice staff, good music and a good atmosphere. Only downside is that you need to have some patience with receiving your good food

Nice location, nice modern ambience with an Asian touch. I really like it. The staff is a very friendly team. About the food I only say very tasty, aaaa but not enough for me mich. Well, if you want more, you can reorder it. Definitely recommendable to come in and enjoy more often.

Unfortunately, this place has nothing to do with traditional Japanese food. There isn't even a real bento box on the menu. In the miso soup there was tofu, which atypically was normal tofu instead of silken tofu. The sushi wasn't really tasty either ... Despite low prices and friendly staff, unfortunately no recommendation.

Great restaurant with delicious food. It's inexpensive to walk to from the main train station, has a good variety of food and a great ambience. In addition, the service was very friendly and was able to answer all questions. It is highly recommended and makes you want to come back to explore the menu further.

Very expensive sushi with a rather average quality. The "main course" tasted delicious and the rice was drowned in sauce at the end ... you sometimes pay € 2.70 for a Suhsi portion! The atmosphere is not a restaurant but a street snack and when the doors are open there is a cool draft and as soon as someone starts smoking outside the shop is closed too. The service, especially at the beginning, is haphazard. It looks like there are too few employees for all the customers. You have to wait 10 minutes until someone comes to you. A big compliment to the employees, because they are very personable and nice. When I had "complained" about the meat afterwards, it was said that the burnt on was wanted and that something could have been communicated better. Nevertheless, we will definitely never go here again.

Went there today. Took a while but I guess everyone is still overwhelmed with the whole Covid-19-Situation. We ordered Edamame, Gyōza and some sushi. The Edamame and sushi were good. The Gyōza unfortunately arrived a little cold. Service was ok.

The food was alright, the ambience is really strange where on the top is very polished and looks great but going to the toilet was weirdly dirty and smelly. Service was unbelievably bad, staff were arrogant and impolite, I’ve never seen a restaurant staff carrying drinks without a tray, it just seems very unhygienic and strange. I’m a bit disappointed. The ramen burger is a huge no no it tastes like rubber and is way too overpriced. The ‘takoyaki’ balls made of salmon were super moist on the outside where they are supposed to be crispy. Never coming back here again, might as well spend my money at an Imbiss. Sorry not sorry.

The dish they dare to call ramen is no ramen at all... Its just a tasteless soup... No taste at all.... Useless.... I also tried the dumplings which were good. Nice deco. So one star extra for that and also the nice staff... But the ramen... Don't go there for that... You will be disappointed

Good place for lunch.

Went here twice, couldn't help ourselves. Sushi was great, tempura-tofu was great, the homemade icetea was great too! Yayeet!

Nice shop, delicious food, nice service but unfortunately everything was a bit uncoordinated and unfortunately it takes a long time until the food is served.

Amazing Japanese restaurant with awesome staff. Service is fast and food is very tasty. They come check and make sure that all goes well all the time and make you feel happy. I’ll definitely come back and recommend the place.

I ordered the tofu bowl which was bland, there was no veggies with the shirataki noodles except for a raw bowl of cabbage cut up into more than bite-sized pieces and a dash of sesame sauce. My friend‘s tempura and karaage was good but the ‘special sauce‘ is just spicy soy sauce. Another one ordered medium steak with teriyaki sauce and she got a well done steak with teriyaki soup. Our service was not interested in tips, I guess since no one asked if we wanted another drink or if the food is fine. To top it off we gave feedback and they just said ‘we’ll try better next time’. Sad to say it used to be a lot better.

The worst restaurant in Cologne. The taste is disgusting and the service attitude is the arrogant. This kind of food only can fool people who never taste the genuine Asian food

We ate here late on a Sunday when the restaurant was empty, and the service and food were both excellent. Great sushi for the price. Also a good range of vegetarian dishes.

The waiting times are fierce, but the food is delicious, the music is good and the relaxed way of the waiter is contagious ?

Burnt vegetables. Dry food with zero taste. The chicken in my food was old. I asked the waitress for salt and she was more interested in her mobile phone. We had to pay the full price. I am pregnant, if i experience food poisoning you will be hearing from our lawyer. Absolutely dissatisfied.

I really like this place and visit this location or one of the other restaurants of the chain on a regular basis. They have great vegan and vegetarian options and always a broad choice. Staff is super friendly and food quality is always high. Can totally recommend Bento Box if you are cravind japanese food and you are looking for a nice place that is a mix of bistro and restaurant. Prices are medium, it's not cheap but matches the good quality. On work days the lunch offers are also interesting!

Not impressed by food quality. My vegan sushi was bland and overpriced for what I got. The Miso soup wasn't anything I'd write home ahour.

Really nice food.

Nice place, not yet worn furniture and accessories. Very good location. Especially good for a warm season to sit outside. Food, sushi in our case, good. What we liked, if a lot of other dishes, all very much causes an appetite. Cute logo on the sign!

The food was ok but the service was so so so so slow... We ordered ramen and got served 50min later. It wasn't a busy time and there were enough people in the kitchen from what we could see.

Super friendly staff, and great service. Comfy restaurant with a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Have always found the food very tasty, fresh, and well prepared. Prices are great for the quality, similar to other similar restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend, one of my favourite sushi restaurants in Cologne.

Very delicious. Can the salmon recommend sushi and fried noodles. For families: changing room and high chairs are available.

My husband and I were in the restaurant today. The food was as always delicious and the staff was also very nice and accommodating. After we praised the waitress, she pointed out that we like to rate the restaurant on Google. Thanks again to the nice waitress.
